Job Summary 

Under limited supervision, works collaboratively and cooperatively with management to coordinate business process and operational changes, providing active input on operational and design solutions, and implement ground level operations and policy changes.

Major Duties and Responsibilities 

Reviews information regarding various conditions, proposed project economic feasibility, financial assistance needs, and project implementation procedures, plans and timetables. Makes recommendations to other managers and supervisors about this information.

Conducts research and performs analysis to promote policies and program development and identify changes in project related patterns. Develop and recommend long and short-range plans, trends and proposals in relations to the overall strategic goals.

Perform complex program management, regulatory, and associated functions that address agency priorities and objectives.

Coordinates meetings with stakeholders, various councils, interagency working groups, and community organizations. Briefs various entities on project specific opportunities, regulations, guidelines and activities. Prepares recommendations, plans, and reports on specific topics as requested.

Knowledge of and skill in applying evaluative methods to difficult and complex work assignments.

Job Summary 

Under general supervision, responsible for all aspects of assigned business or operations projects. Responsible for assembling project team, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedule and budget to ensure timely and successful completion of project. Must be familiar with the project objectives as well as the role and function of each team member to effectively coordinate the activities of the team.

Major Duties and Responsibilities 

Engages in problem-solving tasks on policy issues involving highly technical services; recommends solutions on policy matters and critical issues; and implements decisions; reviews information regarding various conditions, the economic feasibility of proposed projects, financial assistance needs, and project implementation procedures, plans and timetables.

Develops and evaluates long and short-range plans, trends and proposals in relations to the overall strategic goals. Recommends adoption of policies and procedures derived from special projects.

Recommends annual spending plans for the assigned project. Collects and analyzes data for the preparation of spending plans for the project; monitors and coordinates projects that received funding through grant, loan, or intra-District transfer and coordinates with funding recipients.

Maintains awareness of project specific activities and policies, and changes in operational policies. Prepares recommendations, plans, and reports on specific topics as requested. Coordinates meetings with stakeholders, various councils, interagency working groups, and community organizations.

Job Summary 

Under limited supervision, assists and oversees all elements of large capital projects from design phase to final walk-through. Participates in selecting contractors and reviewing their work. Regularly assesses project progress, monitors budgets, and coordinates payments to vendors. Provides recommendations to management, supporting agencies and contractors. Ensures that proper project controls are in place.

Major Duties and Responsibilities 

Oversees development and investments within specific project areas while working collaboratively and cooperatively, as needed. Manages project implementation procedures, plans and timetables.

Serves as advisor for resolving problems affecting policies and program issues. Specifically; serves as a source of expertise giving advice and counsel to agency staff involved with various phases of project development. Evaluates progress on projects and makes or develops strong feasible adjustments to project plans as required. Monitors projects from inception to completion.

Reviews information regarding project related conditions, the economic feasibility of proposed projects, financial assistance needs and project implementation procedures, plans and timetables.

Serves as liaison for agencies on matters related to the projects; resolves issues independently or conveys information to the supervisor. Establishes and maintains liaison with leaders, organizations, and District entities to justify, defend, negotiate and/or settle matters involving significant or controversial issues regarding project development. Organizes, convenes and attends constituent meetings as needed, in conjunction with leaders, organizations and District agencies to advance project goals and information.
