Job Summary 

Under general supervision, provides or obtains a variety of management services essential to the direction and operation of the organization.

Major Duties and Responsibilities 

Advises on administrative management work concerned with providing, securing or negotiating for the resources or services needed to manage and run the organization.

Analyzes administrative and management policies and practices, organizational directives, and business practices.

Advises management on service contracts, agency agreements, and cooperative arrangements with organizations and private sectors.

Prepares, formulates, and presents organizational budgets and supporting documents for all federally funded grants, revenues, local funds, fiscal, and programmatic initiatives.

Core Competencies  

Knowledge and understanding of a wide range of management principles, practices, methods, and techniques, and skill in integrating management services with general management and the organization.

Knowledge of and skills in analysis of data in the management processes to assure smooth administrative and programmatic operations throughout the organization. Analytical skills in evaluating the effectiveness of administrative services.

Knowledge and understanding of Federal and District program budget preparation, and Federal grants.

Job Summary 

Under general supervision, reviews policies and procedures in areas of responsibility, and provides a variety of management services essential to the direction and operation of the organization.  

Major Duties and Responsibilities 

Reviews policies and procedure to ensure that the organization is in compliance with the regulations.

Provides advice on administrative management and use of financial, contract, procurement, human resources, and other related functions.

Provides leadership in the development of goals and priorities by analyzing resource requirements and recommending approaches that will best support the goals.   

Compiles and analyzes budget data, adapting to appropriate guidelines for all federally funded grants, revenues, local funds, fiscal, and programmatic initiatives.

Core Competencies  

Knowledge and understanding of a wide range of management theories, principles, practices, methods, and techniques, and skill in integrating management services with general management and the organization.

Knowledge of and skills in analysis of data in the management processes to assure smooth administrative and programmatic operations throughout the organization.
