Job Summary
Under direct supervision, performs highly structured entry work designed to develop broader and more in-depth knowledge and skill needed to be tasked with higher level assignments; and the issues or problems are readily observable conditions. Performs analysis and evaluative assignments related to the effectiveness of the organization’s operations, or the productivity and efficiency of the management of District agencies, or both.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Conducts interviews; and participates in conducting studies of work processes and procedures.
Gathers and prepares materials for workflow and operational analysis, cost studies, and/or equipment utilization.
Identifies problems and opportunities for improvement; and makes tentative recommendations of problem resolution.
Analyzes financial and other data, including revenue, expenditure, and employment reports.
Assists in the development of strategies for entering and remaining competitive in the market.
Assists in the design, development, documentation, and implementation of various reporting systems.

Job Summary
Under general supervision, performs a limited range of activities involved with providing moderately complex analysis and advisory assignments related to the effectiveness of the organization’s operations, or the productivity and efficiency of management of District agencies, or both. Tasks include analyzing, evaluating, and recommending improvements on efficiency, effectiveness, productivity and management controls.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Advises management on how to make organizations more profitable through reduce costs and increase revenues.
Analyzes financial and other data, including revenue, expenditure, and employment reports.
Conducts assessment and interviews; analyzes findings; and recommends ways to provide organizational efficiency.
Prepares reports and presentations based on best practices and organizational goals and objectives.
Advises management on probable future needs of the organization, based on trends, operations and guidelines.

Job Summary

Typical assignments involve developing, analyzing, evaluating, advising on, or improving the effectiveness of work methods and procedures, organizations, manpower utilization, management controls, information and documentation systems, and/or similar functions of management.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Performs organizational and/or manpower utilization studies; conduct detailed analyses; and conducts management surveys and research projects.
Provides advisory services on issues of substantial scope and impact throughout the organization.
Makes recommendations for improvement in the effectiveness and efficiency of work operations.
Develops new methods, organizational structures, and management processes. Designs systems to implement and support improvement.
Advises management officials on methods and procedures; management surveys and reports; and control techniques.

Job Summary
Within broad guidelines, serves as a top technical advisor to management in analyzing and preparing recommendations in the resolution of highly complex issues. Conducts analysis of the most sensitive, complex issues and projects that contribute to major reengineering of business processes and the development of new or enhanced services or technologies. Analytical projects are often a result of systemic issues that are key to the success of the organization that, typically, include a substantial financial component.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for streamlining organizational policies and procedures, ensuring effective and efficient operations.
Audits organization, process flows, financial information, operating procedures and activities, policy application and alignment.
Provides critical analyses and evaluations; and provides technical oversight to data analysis and organizational process review projects.
Develops cost analyses of projects; or performs cost benefit or economic evaluations of current or projected organizational structure. Develop organizational strategies and objectives.
