Job Summary
Under direct supervision, performs highly structured work designed to develop broader and more in-depth knowledge and skill needed to be tasked with higher level assignments, and the issues or problems are readily observable conditions. The work is of limited program scope and mission impact. Assignments involve measuring, analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness, efficiency and productivity of assigned programs, adhering to established study methods and techniques.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Conducts fact-finding investigations and reviews of program operations.
Researches, analyzes, and prepares pertinent data/information, statistical studies, and on-going projects.
Examines and develops a variety of background information for special projects and reports.
Identifies unusual problem areas; and makes appropriate recommendations for resolution.
Enters and retrieves data for databases. Analyzes, creates and presents reports from databases.

Job Summary
Under general supervision, performs moderately, complex assignments involved in measuring and analyzing the effectiveness, efficiency and productivity of assigned program, and recommends program improvements; and planning, implementing and maintaining effective evaluations and quality control of assigned program.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Conducts detailed analysis on operation functions, and processes; and prepares detailed recommendations on improving efficiencies.
Researches, develops and composes necessary background information to prepare various program-related reports.
Plans, develops, and implements systems for analyzing and evaluating the objectives, operations, and progress of assigned program.
Prepares programmatic reports, justifications, charts, graphs, and statistical and narrative data.
Develops solutions and measurements of program productivity and effectiveness.
Assists in the development of short-to-medium range strategic plans for assigned program.
Participates in special projects, including preparing required data analysis.

Assignments involve independent studies to determine the proper organizational structure of the activities. The work entails assessing organizational and program problems; reviewing and evaluating the potential effectiveness of proposed organizations and programs; identifying issues and isolated problems; developing measurements of productivity and effectiveness; and recommending solutions.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Provides analysis and evaluation of projected and actual effectiveness of current and proposed program activities.
Plans, develops and implements systems for analyzing and evaluating the objectives, policies, operations and progress of the program.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
Provides critical analyses and evaluations of actual or potential effectiveness of current and/or projected program activities.
Conducts measurement surveys, audits, projects, etc., and forecasts and estimates requirements.
Provides coordination and technical assistance on program or office development projects.
Provides advisory services to program operating officials. Develops, recommends and implements policies for corrective actions.
Plans, develops and implements a system for obtaining and providing data for long-range planning and projections.
Develops cost analyses of projects or performs cost benefit or economic evaluations of current or projected program.
Prepares programmatic reports, justifications, charts, graphs, statistical and narrative data, etc.
